Shipping Your Order

We ship stock orders as soon as payment has been confirmed. Please use the secure online payment facilities to enable the shipping process.

For custom made & repair orders, jewellery is shipped as soon as the item is completed and payment has been confirmed.

Your order is packed and sent within 2 business days of confirmed payment. We use this grace period for any changes to the order or cancellations.

Please contact us immediately if you've entered incorrect details. We will endeavour to update your order if it has not been shipped yet.

You can track your parcel using the tracking number emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Contact the carrier company the parcel was shipped with; use the tracking/shipping number to enquire about your parcel. Tracking information can take a few days to update.
